Terry
Terry was just eight years old when his parents died. On their way to a new life in Byanbythe, they were involved in a terrible car crash, orphaning Terry. Whilst under the temporary care of Michael Doorie, Terry ran away to start a life of his own ... but things didn't turn out as he planned.
Ten years later, Terry returns to Byanbythe, but as the same person with secrets he cannot explain.
Amy
Amy isn't like anyone else in Byanbythe. She has big dreams and wants to escape her mundane life. She doesn't drink, she doesn't seem to connect with people and wants to see what the world has to offer.
When Terry Haynes returns to Byanbythe, her life will never be the same again.
Joe
Joe is mysterious. He seems to be like Terry, but for some reason, only cares about one thing ... stalking Terry, and hurting everyone around him. Who is Joe? How is he related to Terry? How far will he go to ruin Terry's life?
The Doorie's
Michael and Lisa Doorie are Amy's parents and Terry's adoptive family.
Michael is an American football coach is happy-go-lucky and very supportive of his family. Lisa owns the local bakery and loves nothing more than to be the maternal figure to her children.
Tim is Amy's little brother, and doesn't really have time for his family drama, and would much rather play his games console.
